    The CFTC is comprised of a functional interdependent body of printers, suppliers, graphic trade shops and consultants with a common goal to disseminate knowledge, skills and competencies of the Flexographic Industry by supporting vocational education at high schools, technical colleges & universities and by providing assistance for professional development to "Committee Members" within the Flexographic printing industry.

    Brief description: Founded in March 1952 as a network of print production professionals keeping up-to-date with complex and ever-changing technology. This is still true as we continue to experience changes in marketing communication technologies and its impact on printed communication.

    There are 9 monthly educational meetings from September through to November and January through to June. Meetings are scheduled on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except July, August and December). They are held at the Institute of Communication and Advertising, 2300 Yonge St, Ste.500, Toronto.
